There are new applications for USB flash memory drives coming out everyday. I ran across this one in Yahoo Groups.
The application is called TimeTo. Its job is to keep you more organized than the best day planner. Scheduling, activities, and notes are all addressed in this application. This product synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook and offers advance scheduling by allowing you to set rules based on your preferences. In other words it can prioritize your appointments.
If your company has issued you a Blackberry or Palm Pilot you may not want to go to the trouble of using separate scheduling software. These hand held products already synch with the exchange servers located at the corporate headquarters. However neither product really looks at your schedule based on your life’s priorities like TimeTo does.
The real benefit that I see is for all of the people who don’t have handheld digital organizers. Since TimeTo is stored and ran right off your USB Flash Memory Drive you can take it from home to work and have it function off any PC. Just plug it in and become instantly organized. Since it synchs with your Outlook it may be one of the easier and inexpensive ways to transfer appointments from two separate computers.
You can download TimeTo from Download.com or you read about TimeTo on the developer’s page here: http://www.davidberman.com/software/timeto.php
